1. Why don't I have access to my photo album?

To use all the features of the site, such as photo album module, you must have activated your account from the mail received after registration.

2. Why should I put a company name?

There are two types of accounts: individual or group.

The account group is for companies, commercial or non-profit, who want to organize events that will be published in the international agenda of gay entertainment and guide the future of geo-location.

The individual account offers additional features to facilitate contacts and meetings.

You can for example create an account group for your company and an individual account for yourself.

3. Where are the photos I just added to my album?

All photos added to the site are moderated before final publication. Therefore, you must  wait a while before you see them appear in your albums. You can see pictures awaiting moderation from your dashboard.

4. How do I place an hosting ads?

As a normal ad, just choose a sub-category of "HousingRental".

5. How to hide and show my status (Online, Offline, Away, Busy)?

From your toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Click your username, you can change your status from a list. There is also a small button just to the right where you can customize your current status.

6. How do I change my e-mail?

Go first to your control panel. Click "Edit Profile" under your photo. Change your e-mail and submit.

7. How to block a member?

You must first go to his profile by clicking on it or by passing the mouse over it. Then from the action list, choose "Block". To unlock just do the same but click on the action "Unblock".

8. How to add or change my photo?

11. How do I change my ads?

Go first to your control panel.There is a panel to the right "Manage your Ads".

12. How do I edit my events?

You can only do this if you are a member as a group.

13. How to start a discussion?

Go to the profile of your contact or hover it with your mouse. At the bottom of the list of Action, there is a field to send the first message.

Your contact will receive a notification at the bottom of the page. He must click on it to see the messages and send reply.

14. I want to delete my account, how?

15. What are privacy settings?
When someone visits your profile they can see a maximum of information. If you want to hide certain information or some pictures of your albums, this is possible due to privacy settings.

Privacy settings page is accessible from the control panel or from the menu "Settings" at the bottom right.

 

16. As a promoter, how can I advertise events on MensGo?
