We know our communities are under attack every day. But we can still fight to win change on the state level to improve the lives of immigrants in our state ✊✊
This Tuesday, February 13th, a proposed bill to equalize access to student-generated, institutional aid in CT public colleges and Universities for all students regardless of immigration status will have a “Public Hearing” at the Higher Education Committee of the CT Legislature, see info below:

WHATS A PUBLIC HEARING? Its an opportunity for members of the community and students to “testify” on why they support (or don’t support) a specific bill. It’s our chance to tell our legislators we need them to pass the bill this year. We need students, parents, individuals, and educators to submit written testimony or testify in person.
